Well, what can I say really? I've been very busy again recently; there's just so much going on at the moment.
However, I thought I'd discuss one thing with you. On Saturday I'm going on holiday, so I won't be around until the following weekend. It'll be my first holiday in four years, so I'm really looking forward to going! I'll be taking my Macbook with me, but I won't have an internet connection, so all will be quiet from me. However, I will be able to work on some photographs, and boy, am I hoping to take a lot of those!
I'll be staying just outside a town in Devon called Dawlish, in a wing of a farmhouse. The scenery around there is wonderful [ so I'm told ] and I can't wait to be in a new environment, and see what I can capture! Dawlish is next to the sea, so hopefully I'll be able to get some seascapes, and we'll also be staying near Dartmoor, so you can expect pictures of ponies, wild cows, tors, and maybe even some prisoners...who knows! The possibilities are endless!! It'll be great though and I really can't wait to be thrown into a completely new place with my camera. It'll be very difficult on my nerves, and I expect I'll feel really crappy for a large portion of it, but after that I'm hoping to have a really good time with it!
Apart from my camera and Macbook, I'll be taking my crochet, so hopefully when I get back I'll have half a tonne of that finished, as I doubt I'll have anything else to do in the evenings haha! My dear friend Kelly *hyperlink is kindly going to take care of my hamster, Jasper, for me. So I know she'll be in very safe hands, and loved for a week. Hopefully she'll want to come back...I don't know haha! If you've never seen Jasper before; omg video! She's excited though haha!
So yes, when I get back I'll hopefully have loads of new photographs to share with you all! Fingers crossed anyway!

I hate to bring it up, but Christmas. Oh I've gone Christmas mad recently! It's insane! I've almost finished my shopping [ sad, I know ] and I'm feeling rather content about the whole situation! I do this every year...I start shopping for Christmas in September/October, because it gives me a chance to actually think about what I want to give people, and also allows me to enjoy the Christmas season, without having to freak out about peoples gifts. So, it's not even the end of October, and I'm very nearly finished with my shopping; hurrah! Does anyone else do this, or is it just me being a freak?
Strangely enough, I actually hate celebrating Christmas early. I hate how it creeps up on television in July on shopping channels like QVC, and how you can now buy advent calendars around the same time. That really bugs me. My shopping doesn't, because I don't tend to buy people Christmassy things. Maybe I don't make any sense to anyone else, but hey. Overorganised or just a freak; you decide!!
